#1 Holiday Fat Loss Trick

Tis the season to be jolly 🙂

 

Today I want to share with you one of my favorite go to methods for fat loss during this Holiday season.

 

It’s SUPER simple and it will allow you to indulge in your
favorite foods with LESS fat storage—guaranteed.

All you have to do is simply NOT eat any food or calories for
12-14 hours of the day if you’re a female, or 14-16 hours of
the day if you’re a male—aka Intermittent Fasting.

Just follow the guidelines on the chart below over the next
few weeks to avoid fat storage heading into the New Year:

Last Meal of the Day 6pm 7pm 8pm 9pm 10pm
First Meal the Following Day for Men: 10am 11am Noon 1pm 2pm
First Meal the Following Day for Women: 8am 9am 10am  

11am

 

Noon

 

Make sure to drink loads of extra water during your fast and also incorporate some green tea as well…

Avoiding food and calories for 12 to 16 hours of your day will
help create the deficit you need so you can chow down at all
your holiday parties this year with LESS fat storage.
