😢Sit Ups Will NOT Give You Abs😢
You want visible abs right?
So you go to the gym, drop down on the floor and do 1,000 sit ups.
Once you’re done. You stand up, lift up your shirt to see if you can see them.
But they’re no where in sight.
What’s happening and how do you get abs?
Well the truth is EVERYONE has abs!
Now as you read that you most likely looked down and grabbed your belly and said.
“Will do you see this gut? Lol”
But seriously everyone has abs and the reason why you can’t see them is because they’re hidden behind layers of fat.
So how do you make them visible?
First I want to bust a Myth.
You CAN NOT get visible abs by doing more sit ups and crunches.
I don’t care if you do a 1,000 a day it’s just not gonna happen.
What will happen is your core will get stronger, and your abs may get thicker.

But it will not make them visible.
It all starts with what you’re putting in your mouth.
Visible abs are 98% nutrition based.
So if that is your goal. (And yes you can achieve this)
Then your nutrition has to be laser focused based on your activity level and body type.
Once you dial in your nutrition and get after it in the gym.
You’ll begin to lose body fat.
As your body fat drops to “Low levels” your abs will then become more visible that is the ONLY way!
