But here’s a secret all top trainers know: Strong back muscles are not only key for an overall defined look, but they’re your best defense against pain, injury, and poor posture for years to come.
How it works: Three-four days a week you can do this circuit. Perform each exercise for 15 reps and move to the next with little to no rest. Perform this entire circuit about 3-5 rounds for best results.
You’ll need: A pair of 10-25-pound dumbbells, a resistance band, and that’s it!
